Australian lawyer Peter Gordon chose Lynette Rowe’s case to launch the latest Australian class action suit against the German manufacturers and British distributors of Thalidomide precisely because her case was the most difficult to prove. In October 2011 Lynette Rowe and her parents went to court for the first hearing in what would be a long court challenge.
