Dr. Günter Nowel, in charge of trade relations at Grünenthal, started visiting the health department of the Ministry of the Interior in North Rhein-Westphalia, promoting the non-toxicity on Thalidomide.
According to the indictment, Dr. Nowel had not been informed about all the reports on the side effects.
