Dr. Widukind Lenz, by now a professor at the Institute for Human Genetics in Münster, was allowed to give his evidence at the German Thalidomide trial on three consecutive days for a total of about 11 hours. He reported on his personal experience, discussed papers by other investigators and presented his conclusion.
